Glide over the treetops of the rainforest and admire the most incredible collection of natural landscapes that border the Panama Canal and Soberania National Park.
Enjoy a different view of the Panama Canal and the Chagres River over 1.4 kilometers of extension divided into 10 cables and 13 platforms. As you glide through the trees, you will be confronted with an unknown world… and a fascinating perspective of life that you never thought would exist for you.
The trees that support the cable system were selected among the tallest, strongest and most resistant, which allows it to be between 2 and 35 meters above the ground in an adventure designed for adults and children.
Before starting, the guide will give you a talk about safety rules and the behavior that you should follow so that the experience can be enjoyed to the fullest in a safe way.
Then you will be taken to a “Launching Platform” from where you will begin a controlled flight to the next station and so on until completing the 13 stations.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy the ride observing the fascinating life in the forest canopy.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACTIVITY
What equipment do you need?
-We suggest long pants, t-shirt, rain coat or poncho (if the weather warrants it), sneakers, boots, or any closed shoes.
-Cameras and video cameras are not recommended during the tour. Photography service is available for an additional cost.
-Children from 5 years old can participate accompanied by their parents or a guardian and will be transported by a guide of our staff.
Safety measures
The equipment you will use and the steel cables have a capacity to resist many times the weight of a person, whatever their size: 2,000 pounds (909 kg) the harness and 10,000 pounds (4500kg) the cable.
However, for safety reasons there are restrictions on the maximum weight of participants: 175 pounds (77 kg) for women and 250 pounds (114 kg) for men.
Our guides are fully trained to handle the entire operation.
